Am scos-o si eu prima bere...prima. Din brewferm pils. N-am mai asteptat sa se matureze. Am destupat-o, este limpede, este clara, are pfas, are gazul acela specific cand deschizi sticla. Am turnat-o , pastreaza claritatea, spuma 5mm, are aciditate, milioane de bule! Si gustul - o nebunie, si nici nu este maturata. Ei bravos !
