Brewferm Lager 12g vs w34/70 vs s-23

Doresc sa fac o bere Lager Helles (Munchen) si nu stiu ce drojdie (dintre alea 3) se apropie mai bine de Helles. Din "gugalit" w34/70 se apropie de un Lager german ( dar nu specifica sa fie Helles) s-23 produce o aroma fructata, iar despre Brewferm Lager 12g nu am gasit vreo informatie. Aveti idee ce ar fi mai potrivit?
p.s. nu am gasit reteta de Helles cu drojdie uscata.
